Project description:
The plan area is approximately 650 dunams. The project includes the construction of a new industrial zone as well as two new signalized intersections on a national road and the expansion of the road to two lanes in the area adjacent to the industrial zone.
Scope of services:
Detailed planning for the implementation of the industrial zone and the expansion of Highway 5504 adjacent to it. The plan area is approximately 650 dunams. The planning includes a road network and earthworks for the lots, including a drainage system and system coordination.
