Planning a right-hand traffic control on the section of Highway 4 from the Kordani Intersection to the Ein Hamifrat Intersection, a central traffic control on the section of Highway 8510 from the Ein Hamifrat Intersection to the Shmarat Intersection. Including changing traffic arrangements at intersections, upgrading/planning stations (total planned section length 12100 m)
